Carageen Moss for desserts?
I bought some carageen moss recently, as I heard that it can be used instead of gelatine to make jelly.
Does anyone have any recipes for desserts that I could make? I'm not vegan, so dairy is fine.
Thanks

You could have saved yourself a lot of trouble and just buy ice cream or heavy cream. Carrageenan is a common thickener used in those products.

Try a buttermilk panna cotta with fresh strawberries. I don't know the grain of your carageenan, so I can't give you amounts, but you dissolve the carageenan in a cream, buttermilk, vanilla and sugar mixture over heat, then chill it in molds.
