i was diagnosed with it as a child .. also with attachment disorder .. i suffer from anxiety and depression . also i have trouble being alone and handling my anger ....... what is ptds and do i still suffer from it
i have never had stable thereaphy i bounced from one home tot he next so i never saw the smae doctor most medicated me
i used to suffer from "night terrors " like getiing out of bed and hidding in closests a few time i woke up in the bath room crying screaming on the flooor no memory of the dreams

First try to take help from your close relatives or friends.
Secondly please take advice/suggestions from a professional psychologists.
Also you can try other easy and simple methods to get relief. Like joining yoga classes.
Yoga helps to to gain physical discipline, mental control and also for maintaining social order.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
with a GOOD therapist, you can work your way through it. but it will require a therapist who understands PTSD, and maybe meds.
I have no idea if you still suffer from it - my guess is that you do, but may not recognize that some of your actions are the result of PTSD. It would be VERY unusual for it to just wear off, or for you to heal yourself, even over time.

You can get rid if it but only with seeing a mental health professional regularly, the thing with p.t.s.d is it can be a chronic thing i believe not treating it well your situation will get worse. this is something has been around for years, so it will need years of treating. My advice do your research on therapist pick one and stick with it.

You can recover from PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). Talking about it helps. A therapist or counselor will be able to help you.
