My 10 month old daughter is not drinking her formula.?
My daughter is on similac advanced. She use to drink 4 9oz bottles a day now only drinks about two bottles. Should I change her formula and what formula do you recommend. Maybe she is tired of the taste. Can I add a teaspoon of milo or Ovaltine to her milk to help her drink. Help me please.
If I give her the bottle she would turn her head or knock it away from her. She would not put it in her mouth.

You could try putting the formula in a sippy cup. But maybe she just doesn't want formula anymore. Some babies can start on whole milk as early as 10 months from what I understand. I just suggest you ask your doc before giving her milk.

My little boy stopped taking his morning bottle at 9 months and since then has only been on 1 bottle at night before bed, sometimes even a hit or a miss if he takes that. If you add anything be careful it doesn't contain any caffiene or sugar! xx

Most doctors will look at her weight as a *problem* indicator. If she's eating enough solids and not losing weight, she may just be preparing to give it up. If she is getting enough dairy sources in other forms (cheese, yogurt, some juices) then I would just keep my eye on her and take her lead. Otherwise, I would take her to see her pediatrician. She could be getting sick or getting an ear infection.

my little girl went through phases where she drank less of it than an average day, she is on aptimal, she drinks 15-20oz a day and she is now 19 months old. i think they just have phases, is she drinking other fluids or on solids now??? if so this could be affecting how much she drinks. don't worry as long as shes getting enough fluids thats the main thing.

Talk to her Pediatrician first. And I wouldn't add anything to it.
Have you thought about trying a sippy cup instead of her bottle?
