What exercises can I do to tighten my legs?

I don't want to buy anything to do this for me. I want to tighten my thighs and calfs. If I can tighten my butt to, that would be great too!

Run! I've been running for a week now and my butt and legs are so toned and there's more muscle to them too. It's better to run when there's a higher incline for better results.

try running. it'll definitely tighten up your lower body plus get you fit and losing weight on your overall body. you can do it outside, in place, or on a treadmill. the elliptical gives the fastest results too and is pretty safe. all are safe methods to tighten up those thighs and calves. even walking will do the trick to toning your legs, except it'll require more time/walking distance to accomplish results you could have in less the time moving quicker running. also do some squats. those will help tighten up your butt and the backs of your legs.
