Eating healthy while pregnant?
So I found out I'm pregnant YAY. How many calories should I be taking in?
36 years old.

Thanks but I'm looking for an EXACT Number. To say "300 more" is not enough, since I've gone pretty radical with the calorie intake in order to lose weight. Now that I am pregnant, I would really like to maintain my weight and not lose any, and then when my doctor says its time to start gaining, then work my way up with that.

Only about 300 calories more than you normally eat. Make sure to get plenty of calcium and Vitamin D and folic acid foods. And closer to the end, iron. Also make sure to take you prenatal viatmins.
