Need to use up some plums?

I thought of making plum sauce I also have a pineapple . My thought was making sweet and sour plum sauce some kinda meat and using lettuce for lettuce wraps . ( again need to use) need help and ideas please

    I would use them in a dessert recipe...maybe like an apple crisp, but with plums instead of apples? Just slice up the fruit, cover with a crumb topping and bake.
