P90x ab ripper x hard on back?
This is my first week on p90x. I'm finding that the ab ripper is very hard for me in part due to my back. I do have some history with "minor" back injury. I'm not sure if this is to be expected at first, maybe my form is off? I find that the v up roll ups are specifically hard on my back.
Any ideas, modifications, or input would be welcome.

Do 'Chest and Back' 'Back and Biceps' and 'Legs and Back' more consistently to work your back. Then do Ab ripper X.
If you have a weak back, don't do 25 reps in Ab ripper X. Do however many you can without sustaining injury. Make sure you keep proper form as that way you'll get the best results and will prevent long term damage to your spine.
