Crazy heffing dream. Please help inturpret.?

Soo i'm having some crazy dream these past couple weeks. Its been alot of sexual adventures with random people I have no attraction to in real life. But the most recent is whack. So basially, I'm at my wife's fathers house and I tell everyone im going to take a shower. As im getting ready to jump in my wife's step mom comes in like its no big deal and starts telling me about how shes upset and her marriage with my father in law is bad and crappy. I hug her telling her its alright, but out of no where start kissing her all over and one thing leads to another and such,. Im keeping this as PG as possible. Anyways. does anyone know what this means in dream language? Im not looking for stupid answers so if your going to answer something stupid please don't post. this is serious, Am i going insane in my dreams? caz doing your step mom in law is kind of crazy
