If you're 13 you're fine. Just wait a couple years and you'll thin out. I was "chubby" until I was 14 1/2 then I lost all my baby weight and grew 2 inches. If you really feel like you need to lose weight try jogging a mile five times a week. This helped me a lot but I honestly think you're fine.

Your diet is okay. And according to the BMI charts for your age you are overweight by about 9 lbs. BUT that does not mean you are overweight. It's normal for buys to weigh alot more than they look like because they are musular. But you are only 9 lbs over. You can lose the 9 lbs by exercisning and eating right and enough because for a guy you should have at least 1,500! Take care! :)

DONT LISTEN TO ANYONE THAT TELLS YOU TO LOSE WEIGHT. you are totally fine where you are right now! just dont forget to keep eating. its important to keep your metabolism going. and if youre really concerned about losing weight, continue to eat the way you do and just work out. but i dont think you have to!
