How to maintain your weight?
I am 14 , 4"11, and I have lost 10 pounds.
Don't tell me I don't need to lose weight, I have talked to my doctor already.
Anyways, I have about 2-3 more pounds till I get to my goal weight, and once I get there I want to stay there & stop losing... and just maintain it.
So how can I do that?
By the way, I have been doing it the healthy way,
and my goal weight is healthy, not underweight!
Thank youuuu(:
I eat around 1,000 calories everyday.. I have a small frame by the way.
I don't starve myself at all. I eat when I'm hungry...
And 1,000 calories suits me fine...
And my goal weight is 100 .

If anyone wants to know how I lost it, it was basically changing my lifestyle .
I run almost 3 miles Monday - Friday .
And I just eat healthier !
So ,
More active + healthiness = weight loss! (:

The best way to maintain your weight is to slowly increase the amount of calories you are eating. If you increase by about 200 calories a week (let's say you eat 1500 now, than start at 1700, and meanwhile keep an eye on your weight while doing so by weighing yourself every other day.
If you start to gain weight from this, you can either stop increasing your calories or start exercising more to get back to an equilibrium.
If your are eating very little now (1200 kcal or less) you might want to increase by no more than 100 calories a week.

Can you tell me how you lost the weight? I'm 15 & I wanted to lose some pounds, but I've only lost 2 so far. If you wanna message me or write it on here. It'd be fine. ;-)
But a good way to maintain weight is by eating small portions of food. I use a small plate so my food looks huge in my eyes. I also exercise 3 - 5 times a week. Don't skip meals or you'll most likely intake more fold than you want.

well... without knowing your weight, I can't tell you how many calories you should be eating to maintain weight..
But calculate your BMR (with an online calculator) and factor in how much exercise you get.
just eat that amount, and you will stay the same wight (assuming you stay the same height, so obviously re-calculate when you grow a bit)
Hope this helped!
