I am living in the Philippines, can I sue someone from the UK?
I lived in the UK for a year. While there, I experienced something against my right. Can I still sue him after 3 years has passed? How?

Generally you can sue up to six years after the event depends whether it is personal injury or denial of civil rights - but balance the cost of litigation (monetary and emotional) and gain
Other actions must be initiated within 3 months - depends on whether you are suing an individual or company or government department
You need advice from a solicitor or lawyer who is familiar with UK law
I am sure there are many who were trained in UK living in the Philippines
