What to get for a middle aged woman who has everything she needs?

My sister has everything she needs and I drew her name for Christmas. We're all adults in my family now, so we just draw names + buy for our mom. My problem is that I haven't got a clue what to get for my sister. I've lived 1000 miles away from my family for over 10 years now, so I don't know what she likes these days. We rarely talk, although we do get along well. I have been browsing in the online stores but can't seem to find just the right thing. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
