swollen hamstring, but no pain?
So on tuesday I pulled/strained my hamstring. I took a day off from running (im a sprinter) and then worked my way back into running. I have a meet on monday, so i have been stretching and icing my hamstrings a lot. This morning, i found that the uninjured hamstring was really swollen/big, right above my knee. Could this be from stretching/icing my hamstring too much? I have no pain, and the other injured leg is not swollen like this.

I think you have put pressure on legs during stretches. Whenever sciatic nerve is damaged, it creates pain in legs & back. You are in need to relax your muscles. You can try 3DRX sciatica relief. Here you can have a visual tour of whole sciatic nerve. Mark the pain area & get a set of rehab exercises in 3D format. There is also available complete medical history & notes.
