Can I File Army Work Expenses on my Taxes?

Well, with deployment coming up I have bought $393 worth of work related Items,

including heatgear OD Socks, Moisture wicking shirts, laundry bag, personal hygiene items, batteries, head lamp, pillow/towels, etc etc you get the point if you have been deployed.

CAN I SAVE THESE RECEIPTS AND USE THEM COME TAX TIME? Anyone know??

none of those items are deductible because you have to buy clothes and personal hygiene items anyway.

Even if you do have some items that qualify only the amount that exceeds 2% of your AGI is deducible and only if you itemize.
