Can you shrink your stomach by eating less?
When you're 14, can you shrink your stomach by eating less? I'm not at all overweight and I've never been but just the idea that my stomach might have been streched out sucks.

If you're not overweight your stomach will be a normal size. Don't stress about it, just keep eating normally.

No, you will actually get more fat by eating less because your body thinks that you're starving, so it will store fat to conserve energy. Portion out your meals (what I do is eat a little bit 5 times a day rather than 3 big meals). I would also recommend exercising in the morning because that will boost your metabolism and then you won't have to worry about eating less and staying skinny.

Everyone's Stomach is actually the same size. It's the energy (fat) which is on it which makes the difference, and we all know that you can obviously lose fat by using the energy for exercise and the like. Eating less will make you lose more weight than before, but by exercising you will burn it off entirely :)
Hope I helped :)

Don't starve, because it will hurt tremendously. I recommend sticking to replacing certain snacks with healthier ones that will make you poop. For example: Replacing a cookie with a banana. It's real simple to get rid of a tiny extra gut.
