how can i loos a few pounds?

i am 14 i weigh 140 lbs and im about 5" 5 ans i am hopeing to loos about five lbs in hopefully 2 weeks so anything is helpfull only nice comments please :)

    Personally, I don't think you need to loose weight, I'm almost exactly the same as you but I weigh 130ish. Is there a certain place you want to loose weight? If it's in your stomach area, try doing full-body crunches (lie down with your lower back pressed against the floor. lift your legs straight up in the air and crunch your shoulder blades off the ground; slowly lower your legs and upper body as far as you can while keeping lower back pressed to the floor). But anyways, if you drink a lot of sugary things, just substituting them with water or zero calorie drinks will help. I like SoBe(: If you have a wii buy Zumba Fitness! It's a really good workout for at home and is really fun! Also try eating smaller portions of food and eating slower, or at least don't over eat. I hope I helped and good luck!
