Violation of First Amendment rights or not?

For those that keep up with the news, the latest out of PA is the ruling from Judge Mark Martin in a harassment complaint after an altercation at a parade. A synopsis of the entire debacle is here:

Some argue that while the charges should not have been dismissed, they also believe that the ruling did not affect the 1st Amendment rights of Perce. I differ.

Based on what you see and hear, am I wrong?

    Look the Judge just did a bunch of us a large favor...if a Muslim can break the law by attacking someone and get away with it using his religion....if he can, I can ...... as of today I'm Rastafarian
