Would I be able to freeze this?

This is the recipe: you mix ground dates with ground nuts and a bit of wine, rolls into balls and rolls balls into coconut.

    They should free fine but know that even nuts when kept in the freezer go rancid after about three months. Also when you freeze them put them in a single layer on a baking sheet and put them in the freezer for several hours. Then take them out and put them in whatever container you choose and they should be fine when you put them back in the freezer.

    Sure. All of those ingredients freeze. Most things freeze and thaw fine, except dairy and eggs (oh and fruit/veg thaws mushy).

    I think so, yes. You can consider freezing the balls and roll them into coconut after thawing them. Hope it sticks but it might look fresher maybe??

    Yes. Thaw in the container so that moisture from the air doesn't condense on the balls and make them damp

    Based on the fact that I freeze grapes all the time I don't see why not. However, be prepared for the texture to be a bit different when you thew them.
