So the Chick Fil-A issue... is it right for a mayor to ban them ... ?

becuase the owner is a christian and is against gay marriage?

How about if it was a business ran by an atheist who was against gay marriage?

or a pagan who was against gay marriage?

How about if it was a muslim organization? they are against gay marriage.

Boston Mayor Tom Menino who had stated his intention to keep Chick Fil-A out of Boston

previously granted the building of a Mosque in Boston. Not only that but donated over a milllion dollars of city land for the Mosque, he attended the ribbon cutting and gave a speech.

one of the leaders of the mosque has at one time stated that gay marriage is wrong and should be punished by death.

So what is it about this this crazy leftist mayor and his issue with Chick Fil-A?

I find it interesting that chickfila used the 1st amendment (free speech) to ignore the 9th amendment of the bill of rights (no bigotry)

But they cry foul when the Mayof did it to them.

Good on the mayor for giving it back to them. He did the same thing they did, and see how quick they complained about it. But they won't learn, because they are close minded.

it relatively is laughable, mayors who choose new agencies of their cities are blockading growth of employer into their city. it is not possibly unconstitutional in spite of the undeniable fact that it somewhat is stupid. it is likewise ironic, by using fact now that they are banning Chick-Fil-A the subject is front and middle and would furnish advertising for the employer. final 12 months Chick-Fil-A catered a meeting for an anti-gay marriage group for unfastened that led to a boycott via gay communities. Christian agencies have been given mutually and supported Chick-Fil-A, making sales advance instead of falling. i do no longer think of that the final courtroom will hear this, by using fact so a techniques there is not any fit filed. If there grow to be a fit the final courtroom does no longer hear it.

It is unConstitutional for them to do so and I hope they get their pants sued off.

I am NOT a lemming to the gay agenda.

However, they are now being treated to the TRUE ethics of their attackers.

We'll see if the attackers of Chick-fil-a have ethics.

I supported gay rights. Until they speak up against this NEW garbage, I will be doing JUST THE OPPOSITE. They had better speak up against this new routine, or I am DONE.

    It's worse.

Now they are posting all sorts of fake posts about food poisoning.

    Oh DEAR GODS, folks.

    Do a search.

THEY ARE POSTING FOOD POISONING POSTS EVERYWHERE ABOUT CHICK-FIL-A!

This is going to backfire BAD.

I have seen a LOT of contemptible, unethical things, but THIS IS THE LIMIT!

This is the CREEPIEST thing I have seen people do in a LONG TIME.

Folks, if you let them do this, you are ENCOURAGING this behavior. You are APOLOGISTS. You have participated by your silence in an act so utterly without ethics that it will affect how our country works for decades.

All they have to do is LIE, on the WEB, LOUDLY.

ME? Don't believe me. GO CHECK. Do a search, but LOOK AT THE DATES OF THE POSTS.

They are LYING. I am done with them. I have been supportive of gay rights, but if they don't speak up against the tactics being used here, I am voting against gay rights EVERY TIME.

I've had it. This is stunning.

Great job, people, you just created at least ONE person who is going to do his VERY BEST to point out every blog I can the unethical garbage being done.

    Enough of this.

It was only a couple months ago that President Fidel Obama was against gay marriage, too. So why is it bad for Chick-Fil-A to have the same stance Fidel Obama once had?

Is it right for Mayor McCheese to ban CFA? Of course not. Unless we want to live under tyranny. Where does that jackwagon come off thinking he can ban anything? Today it's CFA. Tomorrow it's Jews and Christians.

End the attempt by democrats to impose tyranny. Vote for the person who comprehends LIBERTY and the rights gauranteed us in the Contsitution.

Only if he wants to get sued. Free enterprise means free enterprise and the restaurant chain has the same liberties he has to speak their mind. Also, if he damages their reputation, in the end, that is just an added convenience for Chick Fil-A.

It is hypocritical, bigoted hate. Those mayors took an oath to uphold the law & Constitution. They violated that oath and should be fired, then jailed.

"Why is simple context so difficult?" Because you're advocating an illegal action in "response" to actions that have not taken place yet are still legal. Your assertion that any opposition to gay marriage is hateful is in itself, a hateful lie.

You know I am a strong proponent of gay marriage, but people should have a right to express their opinions and government shouldn't be the judge who decides whether the opinions are fair or not. The mayor is only speaking for himself with his actions and shunning the people of Boston.

No, it's really none of their business.

If a company is privately-owned, no local, state, or Federal authority has any right to dictate how they personally feel. That applies to all Americans.

Someone needs to curtly tell the mayor to mind his own business. He's got a job to do and it isn't policing business owners.

I live in Massachusetts, do you?

Mayor Mike knows this is a loosing issue, you cant stop business permits(legally).

The victory was in outing this 19th century thinking owner, trying to make money in the gay capital of New England.

Boston will have the final say on the feet who enter the door.

What if LEFTY MIKE, opened an okra market in the South with anti christian message on web site?

I think Mike just stood with his gays and made everyone aware, or he owns stock in Kentucky Fried Chicken?

IF HE REALLY WANTED TO SHOW MAYOR POWER, OUTLAW SIGNS WITH BAD SPELLING/GRAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS HE COULD DO.
