I'm not this user I'm just a friend of this user. Well, I'm 15 and i live with my mother and I'm really scared of losing her...she takes sleeping pills to sleep even if it's just a nap and she is always depressed she has had a breakdown and she's really unhappy because she's trying to divorce my step dad but he won't let her and she has work problems etc...the doctor has come over a few times to give her something when she gets a nervous breakdown he gives her these injections and I always hear her screaming in pain. Im really scared of losing her I dont have anybody else Im an only child. I want to tell her this is affecting me but i don't know how I need to give her a wake up call so please how can I do that. Ughh, this is a tough one. But what i think you should do is, tell her the problems your having and try not to make it seem like your coming at her or going against her, just calmly tell her so she doesnt freak out. But before you even think of that you should talk to a friend or a conselour about it so you can get more options and others advice, hope i helped : )

the only way to help her would to be to talk to her. tell her that you're afraid of losing her. show her your emotions. then if she still doesn't take your words to heart call someone. look up some Child Social Services numbers in your area and tell them that your mom is unstable and you need to get her help. that's really all i can say for now. Good luck!

Do you have any relatives who can help you? Your mother needs to change doctors. Tell her how worried you are about her. You need to get some adults involved. She needs help. Social Services might be able to help you. Call them.

Explain to her how you feel.
