This depends on if the woman you are lusting after is your wife or not. The marriage bed is undefiled, but fornication and adultery are sins. Even thinking about committing a sin, is a sin. Lust is a form of coveting, which is a sin. But if you're thinking about your wife, it's not a sin.

Only if you don't do some thing about your lust with women who want it!!! Sins where made up by christians who became so distraught after carrying there unforgiven sins around with them for so long they had to make up a way to get them forgiven, ergo jesus and the cross!!!

Well I guess as you are probably religious.
In my defence, it shouldn't really matter anyway. People are people at the end of the day doesn't matter who they are, what race they are, what gender, or sexuality. Our hearts are more or less the same. So nobody should care if you lust for women honey I say go do what you want to do. Dump religion. Since when has it done us any good? More harm than anything.

Lust outside of a heterosexual marriage is always sinful. It is sinful because God views it as adultery in the heart and it is designed to protect humanity from following promiscuity and homosexuality -- two sexual lifestyles that are physically and mentally unhealthy to those who follow them.

THIS DEPENDS on who your having a lust or sexual appetite with.
- If it is toward your husband or wife who you are a marriage mate , it is indeed encouraged to which one can express pleasure both wife & husband!
(Proverbs 5:15, 16-18)
“15 Drink water out of your own cistern, and tricklings out of the midst of your own well. . . .”
. . . 17 Let them prove to be for you alone, and not for strangers with you. 18 Let your water source prove to be blessed, and rejoice with the wife of your youth, 19 a lovable hind and a charming mountain goat. Let her own breasts intoxicate you at all times. With her love may you be in an ecstasy constantly. 20 So why should you, my son, be in an ecstasy with a strange woman(man) or embrace the bosom of a foreign woman(man)?”
(1 Corinthians 7:1-5)
“7 Now concerning the things about which YOU wrote, it is well for a man not to touch a woman; 2Â yet, because of prevalence of fornication, let each man have his own wife and each woman have her own husband. 3Â Let the husband render to [his] wife her due; but let the wife also do likewise to [her] husband.
4Â The wife does not exercise authority over her own body, but her husband does; likewise, also, the husband does not exercise authority over his own body, but his wife does.-
--5 Do not be depriving each other [of it], except by mutual consent for an appointed time, that YOU . .may devote time to prayer and may come together again, that Satan may not keep tempting YOU for YOUR lack of self-regulation. 6 However, I say this by way of concession, not in the way of a command. 7 But I wish all men were as I myself am. Nevertheless, each one has his own gift from God, one in this way, another in that way."
”
Christ Jesus also makes a commentary of illegitimate sex & its consequence.
(Matthew 19:8, 9)
“8 He said to them: “Moses, out of regard for YOUR hardheartedness, made the concession to YOU of divorcing YOUR wives, but such has not been the case from [the] beginning. 9 I say to YOU that whoever divorces his wife, except on the ground of fornication, and marries another commits adultery.. . .”
