Milk+Exercise is good. Milk helps your muscles and bones get stronger and for sports like that, that takes a lot of muscles and body strength, that is good. Lots of fluid like that will keep you hydrated and energetic. 2 gallons of milk would be about 256 Grams of protein, about 9 grams of calcium, 14000 iu of of Vitamin A, and a lot of fluid. 1 gallon would be of course about half of that (4.5 grams of calcium, 7000 iu of Vitamin A, and still, a lot of fluids). I suggest lowering it to 1 gallon a day instead of 2, because 1 gallon is the perfect amount of protein, calcium, and Vitamin A. Too much can be in a way, unhealthy and sickly.

    I hope this helps!

milk should not be an alternative to water. As long as your still drinking 1/2-1 gallon of water a day I don't see it as being harmful but it does sound very excessive

No, there's not any problem. I'm a swimmer for my high school and I chug milk down like a track runner drinks water in the Texas heat.

I mean, it's protein. It's calcium. Good for your muscles and bones.
