What body shape is this? ?
My Shoulders are 39 bust 36 DD waist 27.5 hips 40.. I am 5'3 137lbs.. What is That shape? it somewhat looks like an hourglass shape??? and is their any exercise that can help shrink my waist?

To shrink your waist you may want to stretch along with exercise. If you lower your total body weight, your hips should follow. Stretching will tighten your body while giving you more flexibility, if that makes sense. Gymnasts for example, are very narrow because they stretch a lot and are extremely flexible.
