Definitely true, nothing is good or bad. It is neither but has the potential to be both. A knife isn't good or bad... it just is. But a knife in the hands of a chef can be good, because it helps with the process of preparing food. Yet, a knife in the hand of a murderer can be bad because people can be hurt with it. So we make things good or bad, but initially, they are neither.
Wisely and slow; they stumble that run fast."
Take your time to consider before making decisions, so that you are certain to make the right one. If you rush into a decision without thinking it through, you can make mistakes.
I do not know what to make of the other two though.
