It's very likely to be something related to (or even itself) fellatio (popular BJ).
I also googled it and found nothing. However, because of a research to write a book about Sun Tzu (The Art of War), I'm reading the book "Sexual life in ancient China", by Van Gulik, in which I stumbled upon the text below:
"Penilinctio was permitted but only as a preliminary or an accessory to the actual union, it must never result in the man having a complete emission. The slight loss in semen and secretions incurred is deemed to be compensated by the yin essence the man obtains from the woman's saliva."
