I need help on sticking to a diet and exercise plan please?
Like so many people, and so many years before, a new years resolution is to lose wright, and another is to get fit. This year i actually have to-I have several big walks and exercisy things in the summer i have to be super fit for.
My new diet and exercise plan is kind of a drastic change, as I have issues with cravings and motivation, so I find it difficult to stick to things.
Does anyone have any tips for sticking to this? I really need help!

Use glutamine. It's an aminoacid, i.e. a basic nutrient like vitamins, and it's extremely effective for curbing appetite and food cravings. I took about 12-15 grams of glutamine per day split in three doses in order to greatly reduce my appetite and stick to the diet. I lost about 95lbs (44 kilograms) in less than a year and without doing any exercise. I simply ate much less than before without feeling hungry or depressed.
Glutamine must be taken on an empty stomach. Start with the first dose early in the morning as soon as you get up . Since it's a natural and safe substance you can increase the dosage as needed, up to 25 grams per day. Glutamine can easily be found wherever sports supplements are sold, and powder is much cheaper than caps/tablets. In sports it's used to protect muscles after heavy training and you won't find any reference to cravings or weight loss on labels, however rest assured that it's absolutely amazing.

The diet will be tough, it's all about it, but the feeling of been healthy is way better than the feeling of eating that chocolate bar. When you want to eat something, stop, and think about what will happen if you don't eat it?
Save 250 calories a day for treat foods, but avoid trans fats.
Brush your teeth often as it will put you off food.

it extremely is a sturdy answer, yet what i needed to cut back my weight became into the "force" to do it. Ur over weight, and you circulate carry out with all ur extremely reliable looking acquaintances and u sense handed over. This became into what have me the force to workout and watch what I ate heavily. And If u don't have a gf already, then it is greater effectual:) think of how i will desire an staggering and acceptable figured gf, and with the photos in ideas, attempt to make your self into some thing that a woman like her will fall for ;)
