Do I have an eating/excersising disorder?
I am 13 and my bmi is 19.1 bit I am very sling do lots of excersise and don't like to eat. Resently I have really hurt my knee and been very ill and Anemic yet despite this I feel I have to go to the gym at least 4 times a week for an hour. Swim, horse ride and go to karate for an hour a week each. Jog for st least halfe an hour a week and walk at least three miles a day ontop of 3 hours pe a day. I also have to do abdominal excersises like leg raises a day and press ups.
In an average day. All I will have is a blow of minibicks (cereal) a cucumber sandwich on granerry bread and something like chicken new potato toes and bro okie and if I have done all of my excersises a small treat of raspberry yogurt. Even the I feel very guilty and am tempted to make myself sick.
If I do. Advise on how to recover would be great.

Good for you for recognizing that you do have an eating disorder. Anorexia is classified as undereating and doing massive amounts of exercise, trying to stay thin. You should talk to your parent or a trusted teacher immediately. An adult will need to help you out with this and you do need help. Girls die of anorexia every single day and we do NOT want that to happen to you!!!!! What will happen next is that you and your mom or dad should see a doctor or a therapist to work with you on why you have this problem to begin with and work on having different habits when it comes to eating and exercising. They will work with you to slowly get you better. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen. I really wish you the best of luck and I hope you beat this!!
