How to completely change yourself?

I think im on the right path . today was a tough day but i have successfully quit tobacco, started eating healthy and hitting the gym hard. Cut ties with most of old friends. what next?

    The hardest part -- keeping it up. Change is easier if you take it one step at a time rather than all at once.

    Congratulations. Next, CONTINUE doing those things :)

    Then, make goals for yourself. Break your big goals down into things that you can work on every day. See S.M.A.R.T. goals.

    Be happy and proud of yourself for all the great things you've done and don't do too much too fast! Baby steps my friend baby steps. It makes it easier to stick to a goal.

    hmm ever looked into religion like Christianity, Buddhism, etc. ?

    meet new people

    find a good man/woman

    do something you love to do (art, writing, cooking, singing, etc.)

    make a bucket list! even if it's simple

    give yourself a new look/makeover

    clean out your apartment/house/etc

    be more positive :)

    Try new things like new sports, interests, and studies. If you want, you could try to be a hipster, or some new clothing style!
