How do I lose my fat in 2 weeks?
I have my high school graduation in 2 weeks and I would really like to lose all this weight I've gained during my exams. Advice please?

It's not easy to lose all your fat in 2 weeks unless you starve yourself, which is really not an option. The exercises you do really depend on your personal abilities. Suit your personal abilities, and try to improve your skills (stamina, speed etc.) each time. Here are some guidelines if you want to speed up the process a little:
.Exercise at least 4 times a week for an hour per session (I've been doing 2 and a half hour sessions 5 times a day).
.Make sure to have at least 1 or 2 rest days per week to allow your body to rebuilt and repair itself.
.Have AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep every single night.
.Drink at least 3 liters (about 13 cups) of water per day.
.Go on a water diet by abstaining and refraining from any other drinks other than plain water.
.Do not skip breakfast. It will only encourage your body to eat more.
.Try having 8 small meals per day instead of 3 large meals per day.
.Do not eat later than 3 hours before bed time.
.Refrain from eating fatty food (i.e. burgers, fries/chips, fried food, cakes etc.)
.When having a meal, finish the salad first before going for the main course. The salad fills up the tummy faster, therefore allowing your body to register this leading to you eating less.
.Don't eat for the sake of eating. Eat enough for you to not feel hungry. Once you are hungry, your body goes into starvation mode. When your body is in starvation mode, it tends to burn less calories as it thinks that there is not enough consumed for it to burn, therefore lessening it's burning.
.Cravings usually only last for 20 minutes. Try to keep yourself busy in that 20 minutes.
.Remember that a flat stomach is made in the kitchen and built in the gym. Eat healthy!

Think more long-term, I know it's hard the world is moving so fast, but think ahead for your future. To try and lose weight in 2 weeks will be self-destructive and hurt your future. Let this event be your motivation to be on the path of a healthy lifestyle, and your goal be a life long one, to feel and look your greatest for all of it! Start an enjoyable exercise ( and keep it that way), slowly letting your body and brain get used to it, making the changes they need to in-order to keep going and design a Sensible Diet that you can stick to for life. Give it a couple years and you will have a better life with so many benefits you wouldn't of even imagined! Go the right way, it will be one of the greatest things you've ever done or will do in life!

The best way to do that would be to cut out all the carbohydrates an only eat protein like fish an red meat no rice or bread or pasta no carbs, this diet is called keto this diet should work.

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted
