How to pass the online pre-assessment test?
I've already failed twice! I am applying for a personal banker at wells fargo and jpmorgan chase. I failed my exam with Chase and I REALLY thought I passed it. How does one pass those tests? I need a job soon! Thanks in advance for the answers.

It depends on the type of test. Good ones are always based on the position itself and the people who have been successful at it, so there generally aren't any universally right answers. Keep one thing in mind though -- many of these tests have built in features that can tell if you are trying to answer the way you think you should rather than with the truth. So it's best to just answer everything honestly.

Give them the answers you think they want to hear.
