Here is a hotline for people who need help with suicidal thoughts: 1-800-273-8255. I also recommend talking to your family. Think about the things you can be thankful for, and remember that people will always be willing to help you. If you can't talk to your family then talk to a close friend.

so what you seem to be asking for is people that have a magic wand

some one who can fix everything with out you having to lift a finger well I am sorry but they do not exist

if your depression is so bad that you are at the point of killing your self then you need the help of a Doctor and if you can not see or understand that then you need to find a tall building and step off

It can be tough when we're young due to bullying at school, family issues and friends fleeing their nests.

One thing is true from which we can't escape; if we overindulge in anything at all we may suffer the consequences. Like sadness, if we're feeling sad for too long for whatever reason, or have experienced damaging emotional trauma and don’t deal with it, we're in danger of inducing a little depression upon our selves. (Even flying high for too long can cause depression ~ living the high life, or becoming way too confounded and identified with material things - worldly goods - seeking happiness outside of our selves)

“Materialism, attachment to things of the world, includes pride. Many religious people suffer from pride: taking pleasure or even delight in being good, or religious.”

You can't beat a good diet, keep fit, and keeping the mind exploratory which we need in order to discover and drive our goals, also to find a little enjoyment in life from time to time.

Negative mentality and emotions can give rise to a capricious mind - pondering on negative thoughts and bad ideas.

Procrastination can be a trait linked with a little depression, we can, and often do find reasons not to do things or change our selves, or even find a little enthusiasm.

Keep it real, avoid drink, drugs and smoking, and find some enjoyment in something once in a while.

It's amazing how many of us beat our heads against walls (Minds in boxes, the insidious nature of TV can be poisonous and affect us in ways we sometimes don't fully understand subconsciously)

A major weakness of people is suggestibility with a propensity to become identified.

False words are not only evil in themselves, but they infect the soul with evil.

Just down the road from us will be rolling country side with amazing views, running streams, lakes and the seaside.

Local Charity Groups, Church groups - Mountain biking or cycling clubs are great, camping out, fishing, walks along the hills and mountains, walks along a beach, photography, this is our true nature. (Always speak to your parents in regards to this and stay safe!) Cities and towns can be destructive entopy's, it's good to get away sometimes.

Or even visa versa if you live in the country, because a change of scenery really helps.

Read books, create poetry, art or learn a musical instrument, then give what you have to others because creating is really good for us. This is good for humility too.

What we give to others we give to our selves. (So in a nut shell, sow good seeds, have faith and do good works) Also never dismiss the idea of future education, 40 years old's go to college and University.

I am sorry. Pl. excuse me. Pl don't mislead people here by twisting the words and its meaning. What you are asking is not help. You want us to collude with your negative way of thinking, which is sin. Please don't drag me in such controversies.

In any case, please don't jump into any hasty or wrong steps, without taking prior permission from all your near and dear friends and relative. Also consult your own Mentor. Strictly listen to their good words of advice meticulously in future.
