Can I lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks?

I'm going to run 45 minutes a day, 6 times a week.

I'm only going to drink water, take Lipozene, & not eat any very fattening foods.

so is 5 pounds possible to lose in 2 weeks?

I weigh 160 & I'm 5'3.

    Anything is possible! My sister lost 5 just watching what she ate and it was only a week she was doing it. So that seems like a great plan for you! You can probably lose more then 5. I hope you Stick to it and I believe in you

    Yes, losing 5 pounds in 2 weeks with your activity is realistic. Just stick to your plan and don't cheat yourself.

    Eat Smaller Portions

Who knows where this started? When you eat out at a restaurant, remind your self that not only do you not need to eat the whole thing, but you shouldn't. One nice trick you can use is to tell the waiter to box up half of the meal before she/he brings it out to you. This way, you will never feel the need to eat it right then. Eat the other half for lunch the next day.

    That is absolutely possible. I've lost 5 pounds in a week just by doing a lot of activity and eating less. But don't starve yourself, eat healthy but reasonably and I don't know what Lipozene is but I don't really think you need anything unnatural like that. Eat high protein and low carb and low fat... Good luck!

    Hi,

    I suggest the AdvoCare 10 Day Cleanse. It's an "uneventful cleanse" but it works!!

    The citrus cleanse is a little stronger than the peaches and cream. They stress "clean eating" during the 10 days. Stay away from sugar, alcohol, and fatty foods. I love it. I'm going to be doing my second on at the end of July and truthfully I can't wait. It's very reasonable. Check it out!
