How do I get used to having indoor dogs?

Never had indoor dogs my whole life. When I heard people let them in their houses the first time I thought it was strange. Quite honestly the dogs are getting on my nerves but I just walk away.

Not putting them outside (it's 100+ degrees now), or putting them in a shelter (this is beyond my control). Just need coping tips or tips on how to coexist with dogs in a house.

Update:

They are good dogs, they just stare (gets creepy after awhile) and bark when there's no threat.

Grow up and get over it

There is nothing strange about indoor dogs. Only lazy people keep a dog outside.

The dogs are just bored and need something to do and you need to grow the hell up

Get them toys to help keep them busy. Take them on walks when it get cooler out to help burn off some of their energy. Also discipline them when they do something that they shouldn't....I'm not saying beat them or whatever, but use a firm tone with them and tell them/ show them what you want them to do. If they're used to being outside it's gonna take some time for them to adjust to being inside. If you can afford it taking them to a trainer will help also.

You have to train them to have house manners.
