Is this considered harassment?

Long story short, there was an altercation between my husband and a few other people a week or so ago. Well ever since then, they have started to drive by our house several times a night. I say night because we both work throughout the day and are unsure if they go by through the day as well. I think in one night, in a 2 hour time period they went by at least 10 times. However, each night it is a different person that goes by in their car, so it's not the same person every night or the same car. There's a total of probably 4 guys that do this. At what point is this considered harassment. I know that this is not on a general route for them to go by because I know where they all live, and they never went by until after the altercation, which was only words exchanged. It scares me because we have 2 little boys and there are some nights that my husband will get called in and it's only me and the kids. I have tried to talk to the cops and all they said is they will try to talk some sense into the guy, because they know him by name from being in trouble so many times. Whether they did or not I am unsure because it is still going on...

So each and every time they drive by phone the police, ask for a crime number so you know it is recorded and keep a diary, take photos if you can........ this happened to me some years ago and I ended up going to a neighbours house across the road where from upstairs in their home I could take photos of them driving passed and they had no idea I was doing it........... and the police got really fed up of the phone calls, added to the photographs they got the net day and every day after that for a week, they were arrested and bailed and I got a non harassment order... if they broke it and I saw them they would be put inside.... funny they didn't do it any more. after that.........

No, it is a public street and if all they are doing is driving by they are well within their rights.

Its already harrassment. If you fear them and feel that they are stalking, go get a restraining order for each one of them at a magistrates court.
