i've already got pages for my goals and stats, i'm currently writing out calendars for the months, and work outs
what else should i add? i want to be really organised so I can actually do it this time I want to lose 35lbs and get in shape before spring

Things such as
excirsise plan
healthy foods
foods you shouldnt eat
a chart saying how many cups of water you drank in one day (water is ver important)
a new goal each week (like lose one pound this week etc.)
calorie count charts
meal section (right down what you eat when you eat it)
Restraunts to avoid
restraunts you can still go to
Snack section ( dos and donts of snacks)
sleep scedule
