If you have a car or bike, you can set up a business that delivers food or groceries to people in your town/neighborhood. It would work best if not many restaurants offer delivery in your area.
If you're handy with a sewing machine, you can make quilts, comforters, pillows, etc. and sell them on ebay, etsy or amazon.com. This also works for jewelry.
You could offer to clean people's carpet. Rent a carpet cleaner machine at walmart for around $25 and charge $40-60 to clean all of the carpet in the customer's home/apartment/business. You get to rent the machine for the whole day, so if you can schedule multiple jobs for the same day, it will increase your profits even more.

2 people in our Sew and Vac store spend their extra time making corn hole bags. They sell them on the internet. You will need to have a supplier of all of the high school, college and pro design fabric.
If you are a good craftsman you can also offer the targets with the bags.
The targets are time consuming to make and you can check the prices you charge against others selling them.
