Supernatural Creatures Related To Witches?
I am writing a book about witches, but I would like to include more (humanoid) supernatural creatures. Also, I want to stay away from the clichés (werewolves, vampires, fairies ect.) as I know witches are rather overused as it is. Anyone have any interesting ideas?

I think you need to spend some time reading folklore books.
"witches" are often cliches, because most people don't bother to actually do any research beyond watching the same television shows. There are a lot of places in the world and a lot of different magic traditions, just as there are a lot more monsters and supernatural beings in the world.
Instead of looking for short cuts and then finding everything stale and used, because you're looking at stale and overused sources, actually bother to pick up an old copy of a folktales.
More books and stories have been told in this world than were ever made into tv shows or movies. Your'e limiting yourself by waiting for someone to spoon feed it to you on the net.

The only other supernatural beings i can think of besides the ones you mentioned you wanted to stay away from are demons and ghosts. That's pretty much all the humanoid supernatural creatures.

Considering that witches are normal people, there's no supernatural creatures related to them.
