Should a Black photographer be forced to take pictures at a skin-head or KKK rally if hired?

    No... that would be slavery. The photographer always has a choice to walk away from their job if needed.

    Depends on what you mean by "forced." Also depends on if they were properly informed of what they were agreeing to when hired. They can walk off the job if they want. The main question is if they can be sued for breach of contract.

    Either you believe in rights or you don't. It's not a question of "being forced." The photographer could say he's booked that day, for one example.

    Well... if the photographer were named thom sowell or walter williams, then you wound't HAVE to force them at all... they'd be honored to oblige!
