I stumbled on a Christian evangelist on tv one morning and almost broke my thumb changing the channel away from it, then wondered what I was so scared of, so I changed back and then thought 'when this bum asks for money, I'll know I was right'

Well, this preacher never asked for a cent but what he did say seemed to connect with something inside me. He said I was made for something special, my life had a deeper purpose, God loved me and wanted to have a relationship with me.

He said if I prayed and asked Jesus Christ to be my savior I could become a Christian.

I didn't decide 'well, I'll give it a try' Something inside me knew that it was true and that I was ready to come to Jesus.

I knelt there in my living room alone and asked Jesus to forgive my sin and be my Lord.

In that very moment something very profound happened. All the hurt I had grown up with (physical and emotional abuse) crashed off me like a giant boulder and I felt this warm joy spreading through me, it was insane! 25 years later, I don't for a second doubt what happened that morning and I have had many other 'encounters' with Jesus since then.

No one comes to God on their own, the begin wondering about God because God is calling out to them. I believe God is calling out to you.

How can you know that you do exist? And if you are sure that you do exist then ask yourself, how did it happen that you exist and that everything around you exist?

If you find enough clues to prove that you do exist and everything around you exist then think about - who did create this all. And think about the fact that from nothing - nothing can come without the will of someone who is really powerful to do this.

If you come to this thought then you know that the almighty Owner of the worlds does exist.

The God of Israel (the Christian God) has chosen to prove Himself to humanity via prophecy. He chose to use prophecies such as: the exile of Israel, the sudden increase of knowledge, the Holocaust, and the return of Israel, to prove Himself because only God can know the future. It is through this that humanity can be certain that the God of Israel is the living God because it is impossible for any living thing could have guessed the future thousands of times without error.

God lived thought Jesus right? And basicly God is Jesus and in the bible it said that he healed pepole that other pepole can't and did other marvelous things that was impossible for humans. And since the bible is basicly history it must be true, thus answering your qustion if god exist

To start things off we can know looking at creation and meditate on how wonderfully it is made. How we are made, the animals. All creation came by Jehovah. Romans 1:20, Revelation 4:11

We also know God's existence through his word the Bible. It has stood the test of time through much opposition. It exist because Jehovah has supported and preserved it for us. Hebrews 4:12, 2 Timothy 3:16

You can't.

To have knowledge, you must be able to "justify" a "true" belief. To justify it means you have to be able to present evidence to others, that they can verify for themselves, that it's correct.

There is no such evidence for any claimed god-thing.

So you can believe (irrationally) in one, but you can't know. For very good reasons.
