How can you tell what is real?
Thanks Marielle and Lady F, I'm with you both on not being able to confirm what's real but I'm experiencing thoughts right now. Surely my thoughts are real even if everything else is a figment of my own imagination?

Philosophers have struggled with this question for ages. In actuality, none of this may be real. Solid surfaces are in actuality not so solid if you think about science and the way molecules vibrate. It's all energy.
In order to have some sanity, you can construct your own ideas of what is real so you can function, while still keeping an open mind about the openness and vastness of space.
Appreciate each moment like your last drop of water.
