I hate myself sometimes?

I'm 16. I have nothing going for me. I'm just and ugly, fat, lazy slob. I've tried so hard to eat less and lose weight, but I have no self control and I think I might have a binge eating disorder because I'm ALWAYS eating. I feel horrible about myself. I have friends, but they'd rather be with their boyfriends, or they have other groups of friends where I don't fit in. And I feel jealous because they are all gorgeous and skinny and have loving boyfriends or at least guys that like them, and I'm just the ugly, fat, friend that they come to for advice even though I've never had a relationship. I'm tired of being that person. I would like to try and reinvent myself over the summer. Please help me hate myself less. Any advice? Please, I need your help. I'm tired of being the fat friend everyone pitied.

It's soo great that you want to make a change. You should be proud! I'm 13 and I eat everyday like crazy. First of all you need to love yourself before others will, yes everyone has days where they feel like crap, but everyday is not healthy. Second embrace your weight be confident and people won't care if ur over weight. Once girls get into their puberty stage EVERY girl thinks they are fat but they really arnt. Losing weight isn't going to come easy you have to commit just like u commit to eat those fries, commit to eating fruits or veggies! I tried my best like i said I'm only 13 and hope this helps!

You shouldn't hate yourself. Look I was in a bad place too. When you say that you're fat, I don't know if that's just you saying that even though you aren't, or if you're slightly overweight for your age. You need to remember that you're beautiful just the way you are and you're not worthless. I honestly think that it's common for growing teens to feel that way sometimes. But if it gets worse I recommend talking to someone or at least telling a trusted person how you feel. It's not good to bottle those things up inside of you because one day you might burst. I don't know you personally but whoever you are, I'm sure you're wonderful. You'll learn to love yourself one day. Because you're you, and think about it. You is pretty great. Stop wishing to be like someone else, stop pointing out all of your flaws. Instead point out what you love about yourself because those flaws are beautiful and those flaws are what make you, you. Everybody has flaws. Even the people who seem to be perfect.
