Does anyone know if venison-even though it is red meat-is not as bad as beef as far as heart health?

Update:

A healthy diet for your heart does cut out red meat. I am just wondering if anyone knows if venison is considered the same..

Update 2:

Not totally cut out, but, suggests maybe one or two servings a week if that much.

Update 3:

Not totally cut out, but, suggests maybe one or two servings a week if that much.

The cell walls contain cholesterol, the fat exists in the leanest meats, and consumption of animal protein is correlated with the most common cancers, diabetes, and vascular disease. Hormones naturally present in all animal flesh is not healthy. Venison is better for your health than factory farm cattle, but 4 cigarettes a day is only slightly better than 8 cigarettes. You should not think of venison as healthy.
