Help with RCMP Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check?

I need to get this for a new job at a hospital. I had to get a court check done and then bring it to my local RCMP station. Do I need to get fingerprints taken to get this done, even though my COC and VS will come back with nothing to report? Also, does anyone know which forms they currently use to get the COC and VS done? I'm in Newfoundland if that makes any difference.

Generally speaking, you only need fingerprints done when applying for federal security clearance, which you're not. The clerk at the RCMP detachment will tell you though.
