Nausea and stomach hurting after taking whey protein?
I just finished weight lifting and took my whey protein right away, and a few secs later i started feeling nausea and my stomach wasn't feeling good, what causes this? and what can i do to prevent this. Im taking Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Standard.

You are ingesting too much protein for your body to handle. Try drinking whey protein shakes BEFORE working out and cut your amount of protein by half until you no longer get stomach pains. After you begin to gain more muscle mass you can slowly add more protein to your shakes until you are ingesting the recommended amount.

Then stop consuming that particular processed fast-food, whole diet is what matters anyway.
