    whey protein helps build muscle in general IF you're already working out. You can't just take it and expect to build muscle.

    If you want abs you need to adopt a 3-5 day workout regiment that works out your entire body. Working out your abs isn't going to get you the results you want as the muscles will grow and will make you stomach poke out
