Will the protein in white pasta mix with peanut protein to form complete protein?
Since peanut protein needs whole grain protein to supplement it, I was wondering if the protein in my non-whole grain white pasta will still be ok? There is protein listed in the nutrition information on the box, but I am still not sure if it will be the same as getting it from whole grains.
