How do I fall back asleep after waking up in the middle of the night?
I don't have any trouble falling asleep but when I wake up in the middle of the night I can't fall back asleep, this is a vicious cycle that's been going for at least a year but probably much longer. I have a really hard time focusing in school because I'm so exhausted. Please help?

Try staying up a bit later then you may sleep longer.
Make sure you exercise in the day, this promotes deeper sleep.
You have got yourself worked up for nothing, when you make you instantly think "I am not going to fall back to sleep" Remove this thought from your head. When you wake just close your eyes again, roll over and leave your mind free of all thoughts.
Its just a phase, you will be fine, no one has ever died from lack of sleep.
