How do I make a caramel spread from caramel syrup?

I have a container of caramel syrup and I want to use it up and make a spread for toast.

Anyone have any recipes?

    Use it just as it comes from the container, and treat it like honey.

    yeah!! add enough powder sugar to make it as thick as you wish for spreading on your toast.
