is she playing hard to get?

sorry about the long story.

iam friends with a girl i met at school. i tried to get her to open up to me and overtime we became pretty close friends. i told her i like her and she likes me too but she said she is waiting for someone and plans to marry him. so i moved on. about a month later i told her about a girl ive been seeing and gave me some advice like any friend would. then one day i asked her about her and her future husband, but she said she decided not to be with him anymore and i was surprised by that. a few weeks ago she randomly texted me just telling me that she misses me which is not odd for her to say to someone shes super sweet to people. another day i asked her if i could go with her to church like she always does but then asked if i was going for myself or just to see her and i told her to see her and she got offended by that because i wasnt being completely honest about why i was going and said "if u wanted to spend time together you should just ask me out on a date or something". are these signs that shes interested in me now? or am i just reading too deep into it?
