How to know if your therapist believe you or are listening to you?
I mean they won't tell you how can you tell

Past experience indicates they are "listening". But only to try to find a cubbyhole that they can fit you into. If you don't conform to one of their small number of groups, you are probably not going to have a good experience. Results are about all you have to go by.
